BRIAN LEVY
Founder/CEO - NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor
NFLPA Contract Advisor since 1990. Received his BA/MBA at George Washington University. Levy has consistently maintained an exemplary record of conduct, as it pertains to his handling of his clients. His work has been widely praised for the acceleration of the career paths of Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin along with many other prominent Coaches. Throughout his career, Levy has represented clients drafted in every round of the NFL Entry Draft. Over his long tenured career, Levy has had his contract negotiation successes chronicled many times, in major national news publications.
CEDRIC SAUNDERS
President - NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor
Brings almost 30 years of NFL experience to the Goal Line team. A graduate of Ohio State University and a 4 year starter with All-Big 10 honors, Cedric went on to play for the Tampa Bay Bucs. Before joining Goal Line, Saunders spent 10 years as an integral part of the Detroit Lions, departing as the Sr. VP of Football Operations. He evaluated draft-eligible talent as well as positional needs for the draft, conducted prospect interviews and negotiated rookie contracts. Early in his career, Cedric worked in the scouting department and front offices for the Tampa Bay Bucs and Kansas City Chiefs.
YOSSI BEHAR
NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor
Joseph “Yossi” Behar has an extensive background in the sports management field. After graduating with distinction from Elmhurst College where he also played quarterback, Yossi earned his MBA from the Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University. His expertise in player evaluation, overall football knowledge and understanding of the CBA have proven to be of significant value since he joined the Goal Line team in 2010. In addition to handling his responsibilities as an agent, Yossi is also heavily involved in every facet of Goal Line’s day-to-day operations.
SAMANTHA BLITZER
NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor
Samantha comes to Goal Line Football with a diverse background in the sports industry. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016 where she was a part of the football program during their transitional time to FBS. Upon graduation she spent 3 years with a major sports agency in New York in their Property Sales division before leaving in September 2019 to join the XFL in Business Operations for the New York Guardians. Samantha has worked for the New York Jets in event management for a few years and had a brief experience with their scouting department. Samantha was running the Coaches Division at an agency before joining Goal Line Football in July 2021. In Spring 2022, Samantha graduated from Arizona State University with a Master of Legal Studies degree in Sports Law while working with us here at Goal Line Football. She has been a NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor since October 2022. She works across both our Coach and Player Divisions.
EVERETT LEVY
NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor
Everett spent his summers since high school interning at Goal Line, learning the in’s and out’s of the business. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park and went on to earn his MBA from Nova Southeastern University’s Huizenga School of Business, where he learned and developed skills in marketing, communication, and business management. Everett passed the NFLPA Agent exam and had his first client drafted only 6 months after his certification. Everett oversees the NIL division for high school players and college players considering entering the transfer portal.
JACOB WARREN
NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor
Jacob N. Warren, Esq. is a Los Angeles–based NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor, attorney, and former Division I championship-winning college football coach. After stops at Syracuse University and the University of Pennsylvania, Jacob built a strong network of NFL and collegiate contacts and launched a scouting agency serving Division I, II, and III prospects.

A 2021 Brooklyn Law School graduate (cum laude), he went on to work for one of the nation’s largest law firms, closing over $3 billion in deals for major global companies. While in law school, Jacob assisted the Brooklyn Nets on team transactions and licensing matters for players including NBA star Kevin Durant. Jacob combines high-level business, football, and legal expertise to support athletes at every stage of their careers.
BEN THOMAS
NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor
Ben Thomas brings a unique blend of coaching, recruiting, and player-representation experience to Goal Line Football. He began his career on collegiate sidelines, making stops at several programs and ultimately serving as Director of Recruiting at Morgan State University. In these roles he honed his ability to evaluate talent, develop players, and build the lasting relationships that drive success.
A graduate of WInston-Salem State University with a master's degree in Sport Administration from Liberty University, Ben now leverages his background to provide athletes with strategic planning, career developments, and mentorship at every stage f their journey. His holistic approach has earned the trust of athletes, families, and branding across the football landscape.
ANDREW THOMAS
Certified NIL Agent
Andrew began his career in 2009 as an intern at BDA Sports Management, where he discovered his talent for managing athletes and building relationships. He soon joined IMpact Sports as President of Team Sports Operations, shaprening his skills in client development and athlete representation. He lated led operations, strategy, business planning, and brand partnerships at Sports 99, expanding his impact across multiple facets of the sports industry.
More recently, Andrew has entered the NIL space, negotiating deals for emerging talent and helping athletes and brands maximize their opportunities. With a proven track record in athlete management, business development, and brand strategy, he is recognized for connecting vision with execution. His unique perspective, extensive network and all-in mentality continue to drive results across sports & entertainment.
